Here is a short description of our programs:
- Running Start – 5K Training Group is a 10 to 12 week training program designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to gradually ease into running or maintain a distance up to 3 miles. This group meets once a week, with participants running on their own two more days a week. **3 sessions offered per year (Winter, Spring, and Fall) COST: $150 - $160
- Race Walking – 5K Training Group is a 10 to 12 week training program designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to improve their walking skills or gradually ease into running by race walking first. This group meets once a week, with participants running on their own two more days a week. **3 sessions offered per year (Winter, Spring, and Fall) COST: $150 - $160
- 5K Performance Training Group is a 10 week training program designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who have a running base and want to improve their 5k racing experience. **3 sessions offered per year (Winter, Spring, and Fall) COST: $150 - $160
- 10K to 13.1M Training Group is a 10 to 12 week training program designed to prepare runners for distances of 10K up to a half marathon. This group meets three times a week on Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. You are free to join any or all of the workouts for the one price. Group participants also will be provided with a training plan for 10K or Half Marathon distance for their goal race and a personalized pacing plan. **2 sessions offered per year (Winter and Fall) COST: $150 - $160
- 26.2M Training Group is an 18 week training program designed for people of all ages who would like to train up to the Marathon (26.2 miles) distance. To properly prepare, you should have a base of 20 miles a week with one run being a long run of 8 miles at the time the program begins. **1 session offered each year (Fall) COST: $225
- SWEThogs is a 8 week 10K training group designed to keep you motivated to run during the hot summer months – whether you are training for a race or simply want to maintain fitness. COST: $150
- STaT (Strength, Track, and Trail) is a 4.5 week training program designed for runners who can run or run/walk a 5k. This program is designed to build strength, speed, and running confidence by utilizing short distance speed workouts and trail running. This group meets twice a week, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Participants are encouraged to have trail shoes. **1 session offered each year COST: $50
