Summer 10K Training Program
May 8 to July 3, 2021
SWEThogs is a 8 week 10K training group designed to teach you how to properly run and to keep you motivated to run during the hot summer months – whether you are training for a race or simply want to maintain fitness. Your registration fee includes three days-a-week of coached group runs at various locations around Tucson on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. You are free to attend any or all of the workouts – it’s your choice.

Summer Session: May 8 to July 3, 2021
Meets 3 times a week:
Locations: East Tucson (East of Campbell, including Foothills and Vail) and West Tucson (West of Campbell, including Oro Valley, Marana and Downtown)
Target Race: Run with the Roosters 5 miler (July 11, 2021) **Race is not included this year due to Covid restrictions.
No refunds will be provided in full or in part for any reason, including injury, after a program begins. Payment and registration must be received before participating in the program.
